1. Is the cattery in a quiet and safe location?
Casey's top catz is located on three and a half picturesque acres in Clyde. The tranquil setting is the perfect place for your cats to relax
2. Does the cost of boarding include food?
The cost of boarding includes all food, bedding, and care. Only the best foods are served at Casey's top catz including fresh meats, chicken, and fish. To view our menu, please click here
3. What size is the suite that my cat will be staying in?
All suites are large enough to walk into, with access to secure outdoor exercise yards
4. Will my cat be amongst other cats?
All cats have their own suites. there are double and larger family
suites for cats from the same homes however cats from different homes are never housed in the same suites
5. Is there an enclosed exercise yard for my cat?
Each pen is attached to an outdoor secure exercise yard that has plenty of room. Your cat will enjoy climbing, playing or just sitting in the sun
6. Can we inspect the cattery?
At Casey's top catz we encourage every cat owner to visit us and make a personal inspection of the cattery, as a short conducted tour is all that is needed to see why Casey's top catz is a multi award winning cattery with the best facilities available. At any time during business hours.
7. Can you pickup and deliver my cat?
Pick up and delivery can be arranged at an additional charge. Just ask us when you make your booking. Charges are dependent on your location
8. What vaccinations are required prior to staying at Casey's top catz?
Your cat must at least have an FE 3 or FE 4 vaccination before they can stay at Casey's top catz. On arrival you will need to show your vaccination certificate. If you need to have boosters or current vaccinations before arriving please ensure they are done 14 days prior to your arrival. Unvaccinated cats may not board at Casey's top catz.
9. What time can i drop off or collect my cat?
You can drop off and pickup during the following hours;
Mon: 9am - 5pm
Tue: 9am - 5pm
Wed: 9am - 5pm
Thu: 9am - 12 noon
Fri: 9am - 5pm
Sat: 9am - 12 noon
Sun: 9am - 5pm
Christmas day: Closed
New Years Day: Closed
Good Friday: Closed
If you are unable to make it in time then please call us to let us know. Pickup's and Collections outside of operating hours are by arrangement only. I am flexible if you are having difficulties making it back in time however if
I am unable to meet you outside of these hours you will have to pickup your cat the next day.
10. What happens if my cat gets sick while at Casey's top catz?
Any cat requiring veterinary attention during its stay will be taken to the owner's veterinary surgeon where possible. In other circumstances, our own on call veterinary surgeon will be contacted. All costs incurred will be at the owners expense.
11. Will my cat receive personal care whilst at Casey's top catz?
We are only a small cattery so we have plenty of time to spend with our precious guests
12. Can you organise care of my cat and transport if
I am moving interstate?
If you are moving interstate we can look after your cat until you get settled and then arrange transport for your cat when you are settled into your new home
